The drying method of mycelium is characterized by the following steps: (1) the original mycelium with 75 80% water content remaining after extracting the fermentation product is fed into the cloth bin of microwave hot air drying equipment and the initial mycelium is laid on the conveyor belt by mechanical cloth;
(2) the initial mycelium after the cloth is transferred to microwave hot air recovery. In the drying chamber of the drying equipment , microwave and hot air are used for drying at the same time, and the moisture in the drying chamber of the Microwave-hot air combined drying equipment is discharged by a dehumidifier; when the initial moisture content of mycelium is 20 25%, the discharging temperature is 80 90 C; and the microwave power density of the Microwave-hot air combined drying equipment is 12 16KW/m3. The air volume of the hot air is 14000 20000m3/h and the temperature is 70 90 (?) C. The drying process is divided into front drying and back drying. The time of the front drying is 9 12 min and the temperature is 70 78 (?); the time of the back drying is 6 10 min and the temperature is 80 90 (?);
(3) The treated hyphae is fed into the drying chamber of hot air drying equipment . At the same time, the humidity in the drying chamber of the hot air drying equipment is discharged by a dehumidifier; when the moisture content of mycelia is less than 10%, the discharging temperature is 60 70 C;< p> (4) The treated mycelia are sent to the crusher for crushing and then to the screening machine for grading; < p> (5) The mycelia are discharged at different levels.
