Solutions to common six-point deviation of belt conveyor

The most common malfunction of belt conveyor is the handling of belt deviation in belt conveyor belt deviation. In order to solve this kind of failure, we should pay attention to the installation dimension accuracy and daily maintenance. There are many reasons for deviation, which need to be dealt with differently according to different reasons.

1. Adjust the supporting roller group. The belt of the belt conveyor can adjust the position of the supporting roller group to adjust the running deviation when it runs in the middle of the whole belt conveyor. In the manufacturing process, the installation holes on both sides of the supporting roller group are processed to make adjustments. The specific method is that which side of the belt deviates, which side of the roller group moves forward toward the belt, or the other side moves backward. If the belt runs upward, the lower part of the idler group should move to the left, and the upper part of the idler group should move to the right.

< p> 2. Install the self-aligning idler group. There are many types of self-aligning idler group, such as the middle shaft type, the four-bar type, the vertical roller type, etc. Its principle is to use the blocking or idler to turn the blocking in the horizontal direction or generate lateral thrust to make the belt automatically centripetal to achieve the purpose of adjusting the belt deviation. Generally, it is reasonable to adopt this method when the total length of belt conveyor is short or when the belt conveyor runs in two directions. The reason is that the shorter belt conveyor is easier to run away and is not easy to adjust. The long belt conveyor is better not to use this method, because the use of the self-aligning roller group will have a certain impact on the service life of the belt.

3. Adjusting the position of the driving drum and the reversing drum and the adjustment of the driving drum and the reversing drum are the important links of belt deviation adjustment. Because a belt conveyor has at least two to five drums, the installation position of all drums must be perpendicular to the center line of the length direction of the belt conveyor. If the deflection is too large, it will inevitably lead to deviation. The adjusting method is similar to adjusting the idler group. For the head drum, if the belt runs to the right side of the drum, the bearing seat on the right side should move forward and the belt runs to the left side of the drum, then the bearing seat on the left side should move forward, and the corresponding bearing seat on the left side can be moved back or the right bearing seat can be moved back. The adjustment method of the tail drum is just the opposite to that of the head drum. After repeated adjustments until the belt is in a better position. It is best to install the drum accurately before adjusting the drive or changing direction.

4. Adjustment of tension and belt tension is a very important part of belt conveyor deviation adjustment. In addition to being perpendicular to the length of belt, the two reversing drums on the upper part of the tension part of the weight hammer should also be perpendicular to the vertical line of gravity, that is, to ensure the level of the axis center line. When using spiral tension or hydraulic cylinder tension, the two bearing seats of the tensioning drum should be moved at the same time to ensure that the axis of the drum is perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the belt. The specific strap deviation adjustment method is similar to that at the drum.

5. The position of the blanking material at the transfer point has a great influence on the belt deviation, especially when the two belt conveyors are projected vertically on the horizontal plane. Usually the relative height of the upper and lower belt conveyors at the reloading point should be considered. The lower the relative height is, the greater the horizontal velocity component of the material is, and the greater the lateral impact on the lower belt. At the same time, it is difficult for the material to be in the middle. The material on the transverse section of the belt is deflected, which eventually causes the belt to run away. If the material moves to the right, the belt moves to the left and vice versa. In the design process, the relative height of two belt conveyors should be increased as much as possible. The form and size of the upper and lower funnels and guide grooves of the mobile bulk transport machinery limited by space should be considered more carefully. Generally, the width of the guide groove should be about two-thirds of the skin width. In order to reduce or avoid the deviation of belt, the baffle can be added to block the material and change the falling direction and position of the material. The adjustment of belt deviation of two-way running belt conveyor is much more difficult than that of one-way belt conveyor. When adjusting, one direction should be adjusted first, and then another direction should be adjusted. When adjusting, we should carefully observe the relationship between belt movement direction and running deviation trend, and adjust them one by one. Emphasis should be laid on the adjustment of driving drum and directional drum, followed by the adjustment of idler and material blanking point. At the same time, it should be noted that when the belt is vulcanized, the force along the length direction of the belt section should be uniform and the force on both sides of the belt should be as equal as possible when the guide chain is used for traction.
