How to improve the production efficiency of dryer?

Henan Microwave Equipment Network: If the drying equipment can improve the production efficiency in the process of use, it is not only a saving of resources, but also more important is to reduce the cost of production, so as to make enterprise products more competitive in the market. So how to improve the production efficiency of drying equipment is a problem worth pondering.

From the structure of drying equipment, if the dust removal system of drying equipment can be reasonably configured to make the working environment of drying equipment more smooth, it can not only improve the production efficiency, but also ensure the environmental protection of the production process. Therefore, according to the current situation of domestic drying equipment, we have studied a new type of bag dust removal equipment, which has obvious application efficiency in drying equipment. The bag-type dust collector series of drying equipment is divided into 4-16 bag chambers, which are composed of dust hopper, dust-containing gas space, guide plate, filter chamber, air purifying chamber and dust cleaning mechanism installed on the upper part of the dust collector and controlled by cut-off valve and lifting switch valve. The inner part is divided into several small bag chambers, the filter area is between the lower orifice plate and the top cover plate; the dust gas space is between the upper part of the ash bucket and the lower orifice plate; and the clean air space is between the top cover plate (i.e., the common passage of dust and clean air). After a period of operation, the dust layer attached to the inner surface of the filter bag becomes thicker. When the resistance of the filter increases to a certain value, it is necessary to clean the filter bag. It mainly completes the process of back blowing and cleaning through the reverse blower, lifting switch valve, cut-off valve and "common passage of ash cleaning and air purification".

Bag filter of drying equipment works normally. Dust-containing gas is distributed to each small bag chamber under the action of the induced draft fan. Dust is evenly flowed into the bag through the lower orifice plate. Dust is trapped on the inner surface of the bag. The air flow is purified through the bag, and the purified air flow is discharged into the air through the induced draft fan.

Lifting switch valve moves downward, the valve plate opens the back-blower and globe valve while closing the outlet. The air flow blown by the back-blower is opposite to the direction of the filter air flow, which changes the pressure difference between inside and outside of the filter bag, changes the filter bag from "expansion" to "shrinkage" state, and peels off the dust layer attached to the inner surface of the filter bag.
