Microwave drying equipment is suitable for sterilization and drying of dried Lentinus edodes, Auricularia auricula and various edible fungi. Its characteristics are as follows:
1, rapid heating: microwave heating is a heating process in which the heated object absorbs microwave radiation energy directly and transforms it into its own heating without conventional heat conduction process.
