The trial and data results of tobacco heat pump dryer showed that compared with traditional curing barn, the tobacco leaves baked by heat pump dryer with automatic intelligent temperature and humidity control and heat pump dryer had a slight increase in reducing sugar, while the nicotine, total nitrogen and protein content decreased significantly, and the proportion of main chemical components was more coordinated, which could improve the aroma and decrease the content of tobacco leaves. Less irritation and nicotine are very beneficial; the commodity grade of flue-cured tobacco increased by 0.5-1 grade, and the average price increased by 0.5-0.6 yuan/kg. Statistical data show that the use of heat pump automated baking barn can not only reduce the labor intensity and workload of knitting pole kang, but also greatly reduce the occupancy of labor, save time and labor.
The total amount of labor per mu in the whole process of flue-cured tobacco production decreased by an average of 15 to 20 workers. According to the calculation of 15.00 yuan per standard labor, the efficiency can be increased by 15-20 & times per mu, and 15.00 = 225.00-300.00 yuan. In addition, in the process of tobacco curing, the energy consumption level of high temperature heat pump is also greatly reduced. The average 1KG flue-cured tobacco needs 1KW power consumption, and the operation cost is low.
