Structure and parameters of axial fan for heat pump dryer

Fan is a mechanical device that provides power for air flow in heat pump dryer system to overcome resistance loss during conveying. Centrifugal fan and axial fan are widely used in ventilation engineering. The centrifugal fan is composed of impeller, casing, shaft, suction port and exhaust port. The main performance parameters of

heat pump dryer ventilator are flow rate, pressure, power, efficiency and speed. In addition, the size of noise and vibration is also the main technical index of the fan. Flow is also called air flow, which is expressed by the volume of gas flowing through the fan in a unit time. Pressure, also known as wind pressure, refers to the increase of gas pressure in the fan, which can be divided into static pressure, dynamic pressure and total pressure. The total pressure is equal to the difference between the total pressure of the air flow at the outlet section and the inlet section of the fan; the static pressure is equal to the difference between the static pressure of the air flow at the outlet section and the inlet section of the fan; the dynamic pressure is the dynamic pressure of the average velocity of the air flow at the outlet section of the fan. On the same cross section, the total pressure of the airflow is equal to the sum of static pressure and dynamic pressure.
