PLC control system is used to receive real-time data sent by sensors in on-line detection system. According to the real-time data received, parameters such as drying time, drying power and speed of spraying film are adjusted. For example, when the temperature received by the PLC control device is higher than the expected temperature value, the drying time can be shortened or the drying power can be reduced; when the humidity received by the PLC control system is higher than the expected humidity value, the drying time can be increased, or the drying power can be increased, or the air intake can be reduced.
