Honeysuckle is a perennial semi-evergreen twining woody vine of Lonicerae family. & ldquo; Honeysuckle & rdquo; one from the Compendium of Materia Medica, honeysuckle has been known as a good antipyretic and detoxifying drug since ancient times. The results show that honeysuckle contains a variety of trace elements and chemical constituents necessary for human body, as well as a variety of active enzymes which are beneficial to human body, and it has good effect of light weight and body building.honeysuckle dryer principle: honeysuckle dryer uses the principle of compressed air to absorb heat from ambient air and compress it into high temperature air, then transfer it to the heated object. Its working principle is the same as that of refrigeration machine. It works in accordance with compressed air cycle. The difference is that the working temperature range of the dryer is different. Similarly, its output temperature can be as high as 75 degrees Celsius.
Honeysuckle drying equipment Advantages: 1. Energy saving and low operating cost. 2. Good drying quality and beautiful appearance. 3. Drying parameters are easy to control and can be adjusted in a wide range. 4. There is no hidden danger of green environmental protection.
Honeysuckle dryer process: 1. Initial drying room temperature should be preheated to 35-40 degrees Celsius before the honeysuckle can be centralized into the drying room and then 10 degrees Celsius drying temperature maintained for 4-6 hours and increased dehumidification; 2. The drying room temperature gradually increased from 41 degrees Celsius to 48 degrees Celsius, the temperature rise time controlled in 5-7 hours gradually, must not exceed 50 degrees Celsius temperature range, at the same time. Maintain the same dehumidification speed; Honeysuckle after 9-13 hours of initial, moderate drying and strong dehumidification basically reached 50% drying; 3. Temperature control at 50-54 C, heating time controlled at 2-4 hours, this stage can slightly reduce the dehumidification speed to facilitate temperature rise, after the third stage, Honeysuckle basically reached 80% drying; 4. Forced drying: temperature range 55-65 C, temperature. It should not exceed the high temperature of 70 C and reduce the dehumidification speed properly. After 2 - 4 hours of forced drying, the oven can be shut down after observing the color of honeysuckle through the observation hole.
honeysuckle dryer Scope of use: Dryable products include: ginseng, Ganoderma lucidum, Korean ginseng, American ginseng, Codonopsis pilosula, astragalus, rhodiola, Ganoderma lucidum, snow lotus, yellow essence, dendrobium, wolfberry, gastrodia, hippocampus, bird's nest, tianqi, gum, antler and so on.
