Three Models of Intelligent Factory Construction

Fourthly, we should build large data intelligent factory as a whole, promote end-to-end integration and carry out personalized customization business. The second mode is from intelligent manufacturing units (equipment and products) to intelligent factories. In the field of discrete manufacturing, such as machinery, automobile, aviation, ship, light industry, household appliances and electronic information, the core purpose of developing intelligent manufacturing is to expand the value space of products, focusing on the automation of single equipment and product intellectualization, and to achieve value growth based on the improvement of production efficiency and product efficiency. Promote the integration of production and service, realize service transformation based on smart factories, and improve industrial efficiency and core competitiveness. The third mode is from personalized customization to interconnected factories. In the field of consumer goods manufacturing, which is nearest to users, such as household appliances, clothing and household, the focus of enterprise development of intelligent manufacturing is to fully meet the diversified needs of consumers while achieving economies of scale production, focusing on the innovation of mass customization mode through the Internet platform.
